About Susan Goulet

I am thrilled to join Wright Bros as a new member of the Nyack community. After spending most of my life working as a Head Electrician on Broadway, I discovered through buying and selling my own properties that I had a real passion for real estate. While living in Manhattan I learned the business of rentals and sales in the historic neighborhoods of Harlem. I navigated the complicated applications and board packages that make up much of the New York City market, but my real love has always been historic homes and so I was drawn to the communities of Nyack and the surrounding area because of the classic Victorian architecture. I spent nearly 10 years restoring an 1853 farmhouse in Washingtonville, NY in Orange County. Much of the work I did myself and when I couldn’t, I learned the ins and outs of permits and contractors. I love sharing the knowledge from that experience with prospective buyers as they decide if a house is right for them. My theatre design background kicks in when it comes time to present listings for sale and my experience in video and graphics allows me to help create highly effective and aesthetically appealing visual marketing. I hope that my experience and passion for the process can help you with all your real estate needs!
